The Palmer Dadeland Apartments

My son was ready to move out of the house and he decided to search for a place at the Palmer. We made the appointment and we were very impressed with such a nice building and the great amenities. The rental community has everything including an amazing gym , pool and many common areas for social events. The apartment is clean, spacious, new appliances and most importantly is secure. I also would like to mention the great service from Freida in the leasing office, she was very professional, took her time to show us the building , walk us through the leasing process and has been there for us responding to all our questions. The Palmer is a place for small families and young people! Well recommend.

I'm giving it 2 stars because you don't get to see what you are leasing. The outlines are not accurate, rented an A3 apartment which I thought had a balcony till the day before move in day. Supposedly, the select homes under the drawing means only select apartments are as the picture. The windows do not open so no fresh air, if you cook you're stuck with the smell. If you decide to rent ask them for room measurements. The bedroom is beyond tiny, I'll be lucky to fit a full size bed, the wall for the tv is only 5 feet wide so my 70" wall unit will not fit. To upgrade to another room, I will lose my $500 deposit. That small wall is only 60 inches and there is no other place for the tv. The positive, bathroom and walk in closet were nice size. Amli rooms are much larger with much more kitchen cabinets. Palmer has better gym and pool.

Hands down one of the best luxury high rises in Miami. Management offers excellent service, the amenities are spectacular, and the apartments are modern and clean. I have been a happy resident since 2020. It is impressive how well kept and organized the community is with such a large occupancy. One of the things I enjoy most are the beautiful views from my apartment (my pups like it too).

Just renewed for the 3rd time, can’t believe it. Time flies! This location really is great and I just love it. I do wish all the units had balconies though, I would love to have one. Tried transferring to one (right before this new lease renewal) with a balcony but options were slim. I guess that means people love it here too and are staying which is good. Hoping to be able to have a balcony soon. Overall though it’s a beautiful apartment building and location.

Although not a current resident of The Palmer, I did live there recently for 2 years. During that time, they switched management and went through the growing pains associated with it. However, I recently reached out to management after having a package mistakenly shipped to the apartment complex. I can honestly say management has taken a complete turnaround since I started living there. They were very responsive and spent so much time reaching out to me and helping me track down the package to return. Alexya went above beyond to help me and I could not be more thankful. To not even be a current resident and have them help me like this was incredible. I truly believe the management has changed for the better, as they are responsive to calls, helpful, and friendly!

I have been living at The Palmer for about a year and a half ago. I like the building and the amenities that it has. Marcos from Management has been the best support when it comes to any issues at the building we have had. He always has the best attitude and he is a problem solver. He always goes beyond to make sure that every tenant he deals with is happy and whatever issue they had is resolved. He just helped me transfer to my dream unit at the building and he made sure that the process was smooth and stress free for me. He is very responsive both by email and by phone.

I’ve been living here since 2021 and I find it to be such a great place to live. The amenities are very convenient; You get your packages delivered to a secure locker for your convenience, you get 24/7 access to the gym which has a lot of updated equipment, the pool deck is huge and has amazing views, the clubhouse is expansive and welcoming. The staff onsite from the leasing office to the concierge are extremely helpful. I appreciate having the concierge call me to verify my guest is expected and the leasing staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help meet your needs. The cleaning staff works daily to make sure the common areas are cleaned daily which is very important to me. The Palmer Dadeland also hosts many great events for their residents, including a Halloween party, a 4th of July cookout and most recently an outdoors fair. Overall, The Palmer Dadeland really is a great community to live in and I feel comfortable continuing to stay here.
